Polyurethane Foam Insulation – 2 lb. Medium Density closed cell spray foam – high R 6/inch factor, seals out dust and pollen, providing thermal protection and air barrier properties. Ritchie Insulation is a certified contractor under UFC – Urethane Foam Consultants with
certified foam installers.

Urethane Foam Consultants (UFC)
DC315 Intumescent Thermal Barrier Coating – thermal barrier coating specifically for the application over spray polyurethane foam insulation. The finish coating expands when heated/exposed to fire and provides the required thermal barrier protection required by building code.
Monokote® Thermal Barrier – fire protection coating specifically for application over polyurethane foam. Monokote® forms a hard, durable, monolithic thermal barrier against heat and fire and is an efficient product that meets building code and insurance requirements for thermal barrier protection.
